1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tristar-me.com (the "Website"), which is operated by Tristar Middle East LLC ("Tristar", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt with its registered office at 5 El Somal Street, El Korba, Heliopolis, Cairo — Egypt. Email: info@tristar-me.com.

By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. What this Website is — and is not

The Website is an informational marketing site. Its purpose is to describe Tristar's training, consulting and supervisory services; provide information about CIPS-accredited programmes and other training offerings; allow visitors to submit a non-binding enquiry through the Contact form; and share case studies, sector experience and company background.

The Website is not an e-commerce platform, an online enrolment system, or a learning platform. Submitting an enquiry through the Website does not create a contract between you and Tristar. A binding contract is formed only when Tristar issues, and you accept, a written proposal or service agreement.

3. Who may use the Website

The Website is intended for adult professionals — in particular corporate Learning & Development, HR, procurement and operations leaders evaluating training providers. By using the Website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are using it for lawful purposes, and that information you submit through the Contact form is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 Tristar content

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, diagrams, course outlines, accreditation references, page layouts, and the "Tristar Middle East" name and stylised mark — is owned by Tristar or licensed to Tristar by its rights-holders. This content is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of Egypt, the UAE, the wider MENA region and applicable international treaties.

4.2 Your permitted use

You may view the Website on any device for personal or internal business evaluation; print or download a single copy of any page for your personal or internal business reference; and quote short extracts of the Website in business communications, provided you cite Tristar as the source.

4.3 What you may not do

Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the Website; use Tristar's name, logo or trade marks in any way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist; scrape, crawl, mirror or systematically harvest Website content (other than legitimate search engine bots); use Website content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models; or remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.

4.4 Third-party marks

Names and logos of third parties (including past Tristar clients featured in case studies or trust marks) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website reflects a factual past or current commercial relationship with Tristar. Use of those third-party marks does not imply endorsement of Tristar by those third parties beyond the underlying commercial relationship.

4.5 Accreditation marks

Tristar references accreditation by third-party bodies (including, where applicable, CIPS — the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply). Such marks are used under each accrediting body's terms. Tristar's accreditation status is current as of the date stated on the relevant Website page; visitors should verify current status with the awarding body if it is material to their decision.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to: use the Website in breach of applicable law; submit false, misleading or impersonated information through the Contact form; submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or rights-infringing content; attempt unauthorised access to the Website or its supporting infrastructure; probe or test the vulnerability of the Website or attempt to bypass security; interfere with or overload the Website (including denial-of-service); or use the Website to send unsolicited communications.

We reserve the right to block any visitor and to refuse to respond to any enquiry that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.

6. Enquiries and proposals

When you submit the Contact form or contact us by email or phone, we will use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry as described in our Privacy Policy. Any proposal we send you is a non-binding offer subject to its own terms, valid for the period stated. A binding engagement is created only by a written, counter-signed services agreement or accepted purchase order.

Tristar reserves the right to decline any enquiry without giving reasons. Response times stated on the Website ("we'll come back within one business day") are best-efforts and do not create a contractual obligation.

7. Course information and outcomes

The Website describes Tristar's training and consulting services in general terms. Curriculum, duration, fees, delivery format, instructor assignment and accreditation status are subject to change.

No guarantee of outcomes. Tristar's training and consulting services are professional services. While we apply our experience, accreditation standards and quality processes, we do not guarantee that any individual trainee will pass any CIPS or other awarding-body examination; that any trainee will achieve a particular professional qualification, promotion or career outcome; that training will produce a specific business result, productivity gain, cost saving or operational improvement; or that a specific instructor named in a proposal will be available on the actual delivery dates if circumstances change.

7.1 CIPS examination outcomes

Examinations for CIPS qualifications are set, marked and certified by CIPS — not by Tristar. Tristar provides registered tuition and (where applicable) operates as a registered examination centre. Tristar is not responsible for examination results, mark schemes, or any decision made by CIPS.

8. Third-party links and references

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and references to third-party organisations (clients, accreditation bodies, partners). We provide these for convenience and information only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of any third-party site or organisation.

9. Disclaimers

The Website and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tristar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement; any warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses; and any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of information on the Website. You are responsible for verifying any Website information that is material to a business decision.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Tristar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website — including lost profits, lost revenues, lost business opportunities, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Tristar's total aggregate liability to any single visitor for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Website shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Tristar's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by Tristar's negligence; or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These limitations apply to the Website only. Tristar's liability under any separate written services agreement is governed by that agreement.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tristar, its officers, employees, contractors and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or any information you submit through the Contact form that infringes the rights of a third party or breaches applicable law.

12. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation. We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo, Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website, except that Tristar reserves the right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction where the visitor is resident or has assets.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer or data-subject rights that you may have under the laws of your country of residence (in particular under GDPR, KSA PDPL or UAE PDPL).

14. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tristar regarding the Website. They do not apply to any separate written services agreement between you and Tristar.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

No waiver. Tristar's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision in the future.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. Tristar may assign its rights and obligations to a successor entity.

Language. These Terms are issued in English. Where required by local law, Tristar may make an Arabic version available.
