What's the difference between Instructor Led, Exam Prep and the Bundle?
Instructor Led is classroom teaching with live sessions and recorded reviews. Exam Prep is a self-paced toolkit (study books, videos, podcasts, full question bank) for learners who already have procurement experience. The Bundle gives you both — designed to take a learner from first principles all the way through to certification-ready.
How long does each module take?
Each Level 4 module is structured as 10 days of live instruction (4 hours per day) for instructor-led tracks. Exam preparation tracks are self-paced and typically take learners 4–6 weeks alongside their day job.
Where are the cohorts delivered?
Cohorts run at our Cairo office (Heliopolis) — and we deliver on-site across the UAE and broader Gulf when an organisation books a corporate cohort. Get in touch for an on-site quote.
Are exam fees included in the price?
The pricing shown covers Tristar's delivery — instruction, materials, recordings, attendance certificate. CIPS exam registration fees are paid separately to CIPS by the learner or sponsoring organisation. We provide guidance on the registration process and exam scheduling.
What languages are programmes delivered in?
Our instructors are bilingual in Arabic and English. CIPS materials and exams are in English; instructor-led sessions can be conducted in English, Arabic, or a mixed-language format depending on the cohort.
